This is a great 1-bed 1-bath apartment--perfect for someone who needs quiet study time away from roommates.
The apartment is furnished similarly to other units, but you get the fridge and furnishings all to yourself! No one else uses your internet or your bathroom!
This apartment also comes with a queen bed and guaranteed parking and extra closet space in the garage.

Filling out an application is NOT a contract. Applicants will be contacted and offered contracts until all spaces are filled. There is no application fee or any penalty for applying!
The application form asks for:
- Name, email, and NetID of applicant, current/previous landlord email/phone (if applicable).
Parents may fill out the application on behalf of their daughter! But make sure the email entered on the application gets checked regularly.

We can only offer contracts to single females attending the following institutions:

We don't offer official tours. But! You can always stop by and see the property, and can try knocking a few doors.

We offer the following contract in accordance with BYU contract dates:
• Women's Year Round starting with Fall Semester (Aug 2026-Aug 2027)
• Shared, 4-person apartment. Parking is free but is assigned on a first come, first served basis based on receipt of the contract and security deposit.
• Private 1-bedroom apartment. Parking is free and GUARANTEED for these units. We have two private 1-bedroom apartments available. See the "What are the private apartments like?" section for more information and pictures.
The security deposit is $325 ($25 is non-refundable). Deposit is due when you sign a contract. There are NO additional contract fees or fees for parking!
2026-2027 contract prices:
- Shared: $480+$65 utilities ($545/mo)
- Private: $760+$82 utilities ($842/mo)

There are four tenants in each apartment.
Each apartment comes fully furnished with a couch and a loveseat, cube shelving units, kitchen table and chairs, coffee and end tables, and a TV stand. The floorplan includes a large kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, a shared double sink vanity, and two shared bedrooms with standard twin beds.
Each tenant has a desk and office chair in her bedroom, as well as lots of personal closet space.

Yes! And it is free! But spaces are limited and parking is tight.
Tenants in the private apartments are GUARANTEED parking. Otherwise, parking spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis based on management's receipt of the signed contract and tenant's deposit. Each tenant is only allowed one vehicle, and must be the primary driver of that vehicle. There is no designated visitor parking on site.
Tenants not assigned a parking space would need to find street parking somewhere close to the building. We are in a great location for car-less students, though! With a city bus stop right outside, and a city express bus a few blocks down, tenants can conveniently get where they need to go!
Each unit (including the private unit) is equipped with the following:
• 1G Google Fiber internet*
• Stacked Washer/Dryer
• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Fridge/Freezer
• Oven
• Stove
• Garbage Disposal
• Heating and A/C
• Lots of personal closet space
• Water Heater
In addition, two common areas are open for tenant use: a piano/study room and a lobby with couches and a TV. There's a covered bike rack in the garage. Most of the parking spaces are covered.
*WiFi: the building has 1G Google Fiber internet in each apartment. One person from each apartment registers her name with Google Fiber and follows the online process for receiving equipment, if necessary.
